Shockwave Therapy (ESWT), a novelty in the medical market, is used successfully to treat heels, knees, hips, back, shoulders and more. Shockwave or “pain therapy” is a technology that uses shock waves to treat chronic pain in the musculoskeletal system. The therapy, available at DORA, is based on generating high energy in a very short time with a speed exceeding the speed of sound.

Plantar foot muscles | Calf muscle shortening Adductors | Shortened thigh muscles | Lumbago | Dorsalgia | Cervical syndrome | Periarticular shoulder pain | Forearm muscles
Combined Therapy with electrotherapy and ultrasound
Low frequency currents are characterized by pulses of various shapes, which have a frequency between 0-1000 cycles / sec. The form of these pulses results in the shape of the current, which can be triangular, exponential, rectangular or trapezoidal. This category includes currents: CDD (diadinamic current), Trabert, TENS (transcutaneous electrical nervous stimulation).
It performs a kind of micromassage of cells and tissues, which is accompanied by the appear- ance of heat and provides an anesthetic effect, softening of adherents, improving blood circula- tion and tissues. The physiological effects of ultrasound are analgesic, miorelaxant, hyperemiant.
abarticular rheumatism (myositis, tendinitis, bursitis) | degenerative diseases such as arthrosis | posttraumatic conditions of the locomotor apparatus (contusions, sprains, sprains, muscle stretches, joints) | articular and abarticular rheumatic diseases (reactivated arthritis, arthritis, stiloidite, epicondilitis, scapulo-humeral periarthritis) | neurological disorders | peripheral circulatory diseases rheumatic diseases | painful post-traumatic states | postherpetic neuralgia | pain from peripheral neurological disorders “ghost” pain after limb amputation | painful postoperative scars | painful acute and chronic postoperative conditions pain after anesthesia | arthritic pains | epispondilite | periarthritis | abdominal disorders | algodistrophy
ZIMMER THERMO TK - TECAR Therapy
TECAR (Transfer of Energy in Capacitive And Resistive) therapy – is a non-invasive therapeutic method developed over the past years, successfully used in the prevention of lesions and in amma- tory diseases, but especially in muscle rehabilitation, tendons and in osteoarticular pathologies.
The mechanism of TECAR therapy is based on the development of energies inside the body (endogenous energy), aiming at accelerating analgesic and biostimulant effects, processes that the body naturally would achieve in a much longer time.
local muscular spasms (dystones) | myalgia | punctal trigger points | lombalgia – lombosciatalgia | tendinopathy – tenosinovite – peritendinite | bursite, capsulite, fasciitis, myositis, tendinitis; osteochondral pathologies | muscle contractions, stretches and injuries | discursive and contusive trauma | side effects (sequelae) of tenoraf a, Quervain and Dupuytren disease; patelar codopathy | osteoarthritis | periarthritis of the shoulder | calcanean spurs | traumatic lesions (muscle, tendon or ligament, bone) | algal vertebral syndromes | various neuralgia | pseudarthrosis (ineffective healing of fractures) | pre- and post-orthopedic surgeries | complex neuromotor recovery programs
REMED Salus Talent Pro + UI Chair
Functional Magnetic Stimulation (FMS) is an effective alternative to established electrical stimulation methods with many advantages for rehabilitation. Magnetic elds are less painful, allow deep penetration into heterogeneous biological tissue and do not require skin contact.
Stress incontinence | Urge incontinence | Mixed urinary incontinence | Faecal incontinence | Postpartum rehabilitation | Pelvic oor muscle rehabilitation after surgery Incontinence due to radical prostatectomy | Chronic prostatitis | Erectile dysfunction | Problems due to poor circulation
WINBACK - WINSHOCK
Combined Contrast Therapy
Thanks to Winshock, the chosen temperature is constant and accurate, varying from -15°C to 45°C in manual program. The thermic shock treatment functions either in dynamic or manual program and shifts from cold to hot within a 15-second time span.
cooldown | pain | in amation | traumatology | rheumatology | sport recovery | tness fat burning | phlebology | problems due to poor circulation
I-TECH POWER Q6000
How does a Pressotherapy device work?
Pressotherapy, acupressure or lymphatic drainage is a noninvasive therapeutic method that uses pressure to reactivate the lymphatic and blood circulation. It has bene cial effects on the body.
Cellulite and sagging | Orange peel | Lymphatic problems | Poor circulation, varicose vein prevention | Muscle and joint problems (physiotherapy) | Constipation | Stretch marks | Postpartum care | Fluid retention and localised swelling | Before and after liposuction | Menopause | Edema | Weight gain | General tiredness
CHATTANOOGA - Wireless Pro
Medical Rehabilitation Wireless Electrotherapy
WIRELESS PROFESSIONAL 4CH FULL is a 4 channels stimulator developed to manage the main indications of Electrotherapy: Standard (TENS/NMES) and Full (Neurology, ACL) with Wireless free- dom benefits. No cables and Trigger function will allow managing new kinds of sessions where vol-untary contractions are required or when PT wants to control stimulation manually. Delivered with 2 remotes and smart docking station to manage several sessions at the same time (Multi-SessionsTM).
As an NMES device, indications are for the following conditions:
Retarding or preventing disuse atrophy | Maintaining or increasing range of motion | Re-educating muscles | Relaxation of muscle spasms | Increasing local blood circulation
As a TENS device, indications are for the following conditions:
Symptomatic relief and management of chronic, intractable pain | Adjunctive treatment for post-surgical and post-trauma acute pain | Relief of pain associated with arthritis.
COMPEX SP 6.0
Improves your strength and restores muscle volume, helps you relax and recover faster.
Designed for athletes who practice their activity more than 3 times per week, SP 6.0 includes all the features of SP 4.0, but with wireless features that ensure total freedom of movement. Its easy-to- use color screen even shows you where to place the electrodes!
AS IT IS POSSIBLE TO TRAIN ISOLATED MUSCLE GROUPS, IS THERE ANY RISK OF DEVELOPING A MUSCULAR IMBALANCE?
No. It is in fact possible using Compex to remove any existing imbalance by training speci c muscle groups that are weaker. Compex helps to improve the muscle chain responsible for a movement, strengthening the weakest link!
CAN COMPEX SESSIONS BE CARRIED OUT DURING VOLUNTARY TRAINING?
Compex sessions can be carried out outside or during voluntary training. If you wish to do both types of training at the same time, we recommend that you start with voluntary training. In some cases, particularly for resistance work, it can be beneficial to start with a Compex session in order to generate a state of “pre-fatigue” in the muscle bres.
CAN COMPEX SIMPLY REPLACE VOLUNTARY TRAINING IN GENERAL?
Compex stimulation is a complement to voluntary training to boost overall training performance. It is obviously essential to continue practising movements, technique, cardio-vascular development etc.
CAN I TRAIN THE MUSCLES MORE WITH COMPEX THAN WITH VOLUNTARY TRAINING?
Yes. When you stimulate a muscle using a Compex programme, there is no limit to the muscle work as a result of physical or cardiovascular fatigue. It is therefore possible to choose precise stimulation settings to work specific muscle areas more accurately and more effectively.
