At the moment we do not have a booking engine, therefore if you want to make a reservation directly with dora, you can do it on one of our official contact channels.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to the arrival date, unless otherwise stated. If you cancel within 14 days of the arrival date or in case of a no-show, the full ammount, including taxes, will be charged to your credit card. Once checked in, reservations cannot be cancelled or modified, and the full stay will be charged.

Modifications

If you contact us within 14 days of prior to the arrival date, you may be required to pay the difference between the original and the new dates.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is available after 2:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

Important Information

We accept Cash & Card payments on site & Online. Pets are not allowed in the rooms. Guests must provide a current government-issued proof of identity at check-in. Photo identification and a credit card are required for incidental charges.

However, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by guests while on our property, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part. We recommend obtaining appropriate travel insurance to cover potential losses or damages during your stay.
